Glen Erin can happily provide facilities for catered functions from small intimate dinner parties to large cocktail functions and dining facilities in the Vineyard Room up to 180 guests.

  • Stargazers Dinner – Dine al fresco on the vineyard lawns with professional astronomers and large diameter telescopes in attendance.
  • Music Game Show – A fun, entertaining, team orientated Music Game Show for all ages. Each table represents a musical artist or group  or movie or television star.
  • Menu Degustation – A five course dinner with complimenting local wines matched to each course. This is truly indulgent occasion where your taste buds are challenged
  • Winemaker Dinner – Meet the winemaker over dinner where you will taste the wine and be entertained by the winemaker. Great night for the wine connoisseurs.
  • Casino Night – A night in Vegas where you can gamble to your hearts content on blackjack, roulette, two-up and many other casino games, win great prizes but most of all have as much fun as possible
  • Variety of Theme Nights – Have you dinner themed for a particular occasion from beach parties, rock n roll, disco fever, a night in Hollywood through to grand prix racing.
  • Cook Off – Hosted by one of our professional chefs this provides a great opportunity for team development in your organisation
  • Host your own Murder Mystery Night

Extensive menus are available for your selection and packages can be arranged with beverages included or on consumption.

Events
Glen Erin has been at home in the Macedon Ranges for 18 years providing fine a la carte dining in its Grange Restaurant and banquet or function catering for special events and celebrations.

Additionally, there has been a major involvement in “Event Catering” with Glen Erin providing its services for five consecutive years to the Hanging Rock “World’s Longest Lunch” and as official caterers to the Kyneton and Hanging Rock Thoroughbred Racing Clubs for 12 years. Glen Erin has also catered for other numerous off site functions including specialty dinners at Kyneton Town Hall and banquets at Clunes Town Hall for a major private school.

With two commercial kitchens, qualified chefs on staff and mobile catering equipment Glen Erin is ideally set up to provide a full catering service to both local and metropolitan clients.
